You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame.

Returns require a return authorization prior to being returned, contact us at info@naplescbdcompany.com or 239-596-3000 for return authorizations.  Refunds for returned items that are unopened and undamaged will be issued after they are received and inspected.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
